Duties:

• Conduct initial interviews and psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and families
• Administer psychological assessments, evaluations, and treatment for diverse populations (police candidates, youth, adults, juveniles, veterans, military personnel).
  
• Provide crisis intervention and address issues concerning the potential treatment for suicidality
• Teach groups and train personnel on various models
• Provide marketing plans for all clinic locations
• Provide reports and recommendations to legal entities and courts
• Provide consultation to various agencies and institutions

Duties:

• Pre-and-post crisis intervention with a variety of at-risk populations; mobile crisis response interventions and welfare checks.
• Provided on-scene assistance and crisis intervention to victims in collaboration with other agencies.
• Maintained a local resource manual and made referrals to a multitude of services and aid with access to services.
• Managed complex situations and negotiations. Collaborated closely with other agencies or entities to develop better communication.
• Responsible for providing mental health and/or alcohol and drug assessment, treatment plans, and therapy.
• Crisis intervention and brief treatment services to a diverse population of clients in a supportive environment; linkage to services and on-going support if needed.
